Introduction
Vietnamese pho is a traditional and famous dish of Vietnam. A good bowl of pho needs clear, fragrant broth and soft, chewy noodles.

- Beef bones: 1.5kg
- Beef brisket: 500g
- Pho noodles: 500g
- Onions, ginger
- Spices: cloves, star anise, cinnamon
Instructions
To make good pho, you need to simmer the broth for 3-4 hours on low heat and constantly skim the foam.
Step 1: Prepare the bones
Wash the beef bones clean, blanch in boiling water to remove impurities.
Step 2: Make the broth
Put bones in cold water, bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours.
